Do I have to be 21 Years old to crawl?

Our events are 21+ and IDs will be checked at our participating venues.

do i need to buy a ticket to get into the venues?

Tickets are REQUIRED to enter the venues on the event. No ticket, no entry.

What’s included in the ticket?

Our tickets include waived cover at all of our participating venues, typically 1-2 free drinks chosen by select venues, drink/food specials, trivia materials (for our trivia crawls), professional corporate photographer, crawl-themed swag, and admittance to the funnest events ever!  

WHAT FORMAT DO OUR CRAWLS FOLLOW?

We call it a “choose-your-own-adventure” crawl. We have one check-in location, four or more additional bars, and then an after party spot. After you check in, you can go to any participating venues you want to. Stay as little or as long as you’d like. A digital Google map is provided for every crawl that shows our participating venues.

Do I need to print my tickets?

Our scanners are better able to read your QR code on your phone, but printed tickets are accepted. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BRIGHTNESS IS TURNED UP, and make the QR code large as possible. If you are participating in a team crawl (like our trivia events) you will only need to show your id, and them tell them your team name. Only one person will need to check in the entire team.

Do I need to dress in theme?

Costumes and outfits are suggested but not required - but if you don’t, you will stick out!

CAN I CHECK IN LATE?

If you are unable to make it during the check-in time, give a friend your QR code and let them check you in. They will collect your wristband/lanyard and any other crawl materials. Late check-in is not permitted. No refunds will be given for late or missed check-ins. This does not apply to if you are part of a team, as one person from your team will have already picked up the team supply bag.

I PURCHASED A TICKET AND DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL?

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

As long as the crawl is not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the door on the day of the event; cash preferred, card accepted.

What Venues/area are you using?

We start releasing venues a few weeks after the event is made and as we confirm venues. The After Party location may not be released until the week of. Venues are subject to change and we reserve the right to add or remove venues at any time. We don’t physically own any venues, so please keep this in mind if a venue backs out.

WHAT ARE THE DRINKS & Food SPecials?

We try our best to get you the best food and drink specials of any crawl. If you see our event says specials pending that means the venue has confirmed they are on the crawl, but we are waiting for there specials. Drink and food specials are subject to change. We typically finalize specials the week of the event and its very common that were even updating and adding special the night before and day of the event.

WHAT ARE THE FREE DRINKS Details?

The free drink offers are determined by the venue. Free drink are subject to change. There can be anywhere from 0-3 drinks/shots. There is no guarantee of free drinks and just think of it as a nice bonus. If you don’t see any free drinks/shots its normally because there is some state or city law that prohibits it. Typically they are mixed shots, simple well drinks, or a tap beer. These are 100% determined and given out by the venue when you present the correct color voucher to them. At ANY TIME the venue may change their free drink offer. The biggest issue we end up seeing is an uninformed bartender. If you have an issue using your voucher, ask another bartender and then ask to speak with their management. If you still have no luck, please email us team@crawlwith.us and we will address it with the venue.

how do I earn Free Tickets?

You can earn a free crawl ticket by inviting 500 of your Facebook friends to the event. Our Facebook page has a detailed write up on how this is done. You must visit https://www.messenger.com/t/CrawlWithUs

What is your TICKET RESALE POLICY?

Resale of tickets is not recommended. We are not liable for any fraudulent tickets that may be sold to you via resale.

WHEN WILL PHOTOS BE POSTED?

Our professional photographers will upload the event photos the week following the event, typically on Mondays. Feel free to tag yourself, your friends, and share the album!

By buying a ticket or receiving a free one from us, you agree to allow us to use your email and phone number to send out marketing and event related communications via email message and text messages.
